Blood Count Β· %

Lymphocytes (Lymph%)

Lymphocytes as a fraction of total white cells β€” used in NLR calculation.

What it is

Normal lymphocyte percentage is 20–40% of total WBC. Used alongside neutrophil percentage to calculate NLR and monitor immune balance.

Why it matters

Falling lymphocyte percentage with rising neutrophils reflects the stress response pattern common during active disease and treatment. Tracking the ratio over time provides context beyond the absolute numbers alone.
